Refund policy
We want all of our customers to be delighted with their purchases. Sometimes that doesn't happen and items need to be returned. We understand. But, we also have a few restrictions on what can and cannot be returned, when and how. We accept returns for the following categories: boxes, bowls, trays, vases, candleholders, glassware, horn accessories, pottery, candles, jewelry, fashion, bedding (in original packaging) and textiles all within 14 days of delivery with proof of purchase. All shipping charges are non-refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products. Please allow 7 days for your return to be processed. And, does it even need to be said that all returned items need to be in good form (unworn, unused and unbroken)?
All online sales of furniture, lighting, artwork, antiques, apothecary, custom orders, and sale items are final sale.
All shipments must be inspected upon arrival. If a defect is discovered, please contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours at retail@weidnerhasou.com.
Please note, backorder dates are subject to change based on manufacturer production. Our team will provide notifications on impacted items as soon as we receive them.
