Murano Ruffled Glass Bowl

We were so delighted to discover a collection of murano glass bowls using the bullicante technique that creates delightful bubbles among the swoops and curves of the blown shape. This piece has a dramatic glass "ruffle" that is formed of an outer layer of clear glass and another of white. Inside the bowl, the blue is flecked with a silvery shimmer that peeks through the bubbles. So retro yet so au courant.
